Hello everyone! Today we brought to you a cowl pattern translated from French by Sylvie Lavoie. We’re really excited to present her pattern to all English speaking fellows around. We’re sure you’re going to like this very pretty cowl pattern.

Height: about 26 cm
Width: Neckline when folded in half = 30 cm
Materials
SKP explanation
Slip one stitch, knit the next, pass over the slipped stitch.
Pattern
1- Cast on 40 stitches.
2- Put on a marker and knit in the round on all subsequent rounds.
3- Knit for 9 rows.
4- Make a decrease row as follows:
*2 k, 1 skp* Repeat from * to * until the end = 30 stitches.
5- Knit until you reach to a length of 16 cm.
6- Then increase as follows:
*1 k, 1 increase in the next stitch* Repeat from * to * until the end = 45 stitches.
Knit for 4 rows.
*2 k, 1 increase in the next stitch* Repeat from * to * until you finish = 60 stitches.
Knit for 6 rows.
*3 k, 1 increase in the next stitch* Repeat from * to * until you finish = 75 stitches.
7- Knit 4 rows. (Or more depending on the desired length.)
8- Cast off all stitches.
